Some volunteers in these positions may need to be present at the festival. Coordinators and Shift Lead VolunteersPlease check the box below if you are interested in one of these positions. Who we are looking for: People whose servant minded leadership inspires others to gladly serve and who have prior experience in the areas below. Note: Coordinator positions are online for months before the physical festival as well as a full day at festival. Areas we are looking for coordinators and shift leaders in: Grounds: Grounds Coordinator will work with Event Coordinator leading up to the festival to plan for teams of volunteers collecting trash, emptying trash bins, conducting cleanliness checks in porta-potties, and fire safety checks in the smoking area, and other grounds related duties as needed. Shift Leads will work at the event to lead their team in carrying out the grounds plan according to schedule. Vendors: Vendor Coordinator will work with Event Coordinator in the months leading up to the festival to plan vendor space, policies and provide an orderly and positive experience to all vendors. Vendor Coordinator and Shift leads will direct volunteers and vendors according to plan. Parking: Parking coordinator with will the Event Coordinator in the months leading up to the festival to plan parking for cars and motorcycles as well as assist in planning the specialty car display and bike show. Shift leads will direct volunteers according to plan. Accessibility: Accessibility Coordinator will work with Event Coordinator to identify areas in which the department has the capacity to assist in providing greater ease of use for all people and developing plans to provide assistance according to available department resources and capabilities in those areas.
